Make prices readonly for one catalog and editable for others

I would like to have the option to make prices readonly for specific catalogs and leave them editable for others. Currently, we can implement IPriceDetailService but this will affect all of the catalogs. Would be also great if we can set different...

As a Promotion Editor, I'd like to be able to say this whole campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns

Rather than select each promotion individually, I'd like the option to prevent anyone who is using a certain campaign from combining with ANY other existing promo.

As a Promotion Editor, I'd like to hide inactive/expired promos in Discount Priorities and Exclusions

Ideally, it would just hide by default all expired promos. It's basically unmanageable for us in there (lots of time outs and TONS of scrolling) because it includes over 3 years of promos.

Ability to edit Custom metada in the Cart Details page

It would be great if we were able to display custom metadata at the cart level and allow the Customer Service agents to edit those attributes before they convert to a Purchase Order.

Inline product variant data with product

Product data should (optionally, at least) contain (some, at least) data about all the product variants, to avoid having to do multiple requests e.g. to render a selector for different sizes/colors/whatever.
