Duplicate ALL Properties in Select View Menu

I've noticed that the "All Properties" link is duplicated in the "Select View" Menu UI. EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI: Version 12.24.0.0 This appears to be happening on multiple projects running CMS 12. See attached.
