Open PPT in App instead of Web

I was wondering if there was a way to have the option to open PPT in the app version instead of the web version, since the capabilities of the web version aren't as great compared to app version.

Increase file upload size for nginx server

OOTB hosting does not allow to upload image or document larger than 5 MB. This is due to "nginx server not allow to upload file which is larger than defined size in nginx config file" . Expectation : Increase the file size limit.

Open documents in Microsoft Apps

Possibility to open PPT and Word documents added to the content tab not in the browser version of the application, but in the Microsoft application directly on the computer. Making edits and adding comments would be much easier.
