My team is very used to being able to give a thumbs up in response to a request or question. We'd love to see reactions as options for replying in comments.

History on Workflows and Fields

Track history for changes made to workflows and fields

Ability to expand the workflow panel and hide the brief pannel

This would make viewing Optimizely on a smaller screen (on a laptop rather than a large monitor) much easier

Don't overwrite attachment from work request when selecting a campaign template

When an attachment is included in the work request and then a campaign template is applied as part of the campaign creation from the work request, don't remove the attachment.

Ability to add custom briefs to Tasks created from Work Requests

Tasks created from Work Requests have locked Briefs that cannot be edited or deleted or replaced. I want to be able to select a custom brief for a Task created from a Work Request.

Ability to change a Task to a Campaign or vise versa

There isn't an option to make this switch. To do so, you have to delete the Task/Campaign and recreate it. This is problematic if the Task already contains comments, etc.

Is there not a way to preview audio files before downloading? If not, can this be added?

Step due date must have time zone Or no time option at all

Currently in a workflow step, we are able to assign a Due date. This Due date option allows us to choose a Date and Time. The time option does not specify what Time-zone is expected so it may bet confusing for global teams. Solution : Add Timezone...
