Simplify the create new hypothesis flow

Creating a new hypothesis involves numerous steps/screens: First a title, a date, and a workflow needs to be assigned; then finally the user can enter in all the details for a hypothsis document.

Make Experiment Collaboration available as a stand alone solution

Consider offering Experiment Collaboration on its own without requiring an Experimentation or CMP product license.
