Grant Editors to have access to configure roll out rules in Production, while restricting them from configuring experiments

The goal is for us to make sure only members from the Experimentation Operations function can configure launch experiments in production, but the Product team can control roll outs in production.

Error message about number of characters in the rule

Delete Step with Sub-steps with One Click

Today, you must first individually delete each sub-step individually if you want to delete a top-level step. It would be great if you had the option to delete everything at once, as it would save a lot of admin time when adjusting task workflows.
