Efficiency Dashboards: Include 'Teams' under the 'assignees' filter options
When using the ‘assignee’ filter, it would be nice if we could filter by team entities as well as individual users.
As an example, a lot of our steps are automatically assigned to the ‘Web Team’. This works by anyone in that team completing the step when free. As a result, this means they do not get pulled through into this data, as the team is assigned to the step and not the user.
Ideally, if filtering a team with 'assignee', it would be great if that pulled through the data of everyone in that team's completed steps and/or grouped…

Task Due Date Visibility & Sorting Enhancement
We are receiving frequent feedback from reviewers that the end/due date currently shown reflects the overall workflow or project completion, not the deadline for their individual review task.
For reviewers, the most effective way to prioritize work is by clearly seeing their own task due date, rather than the final project deadline. Because this distinction isn’t visible today, reviewers often don’t realize that their specific task is overdue, even though the workflow is still active.
Adding a dedicated column that easily displays each reviewer’s task-level due date, with the ability to sort by that date, would significantly improve clarity, prioritization,…

Rendition ordering default to Title
Issue:
When looking at renditions, the sort order defaults to the date created, which is kind of unintuitive, because a rendition is an automatically generated so who knows when it was created.Suggestion:
I would like the system to remember the last sort order applied to renditions for the next time, or to have a setting which allows a user to set their preference. From a simplicity point of view, however, it would solve my problem to just change the default to sort by rendition name, and allow people to choose date in the (my opinion) unlikely event that they…

Enhanced Template Logic
Improve conditional logic in request templates. Currently, options are limited to “jump” or “show,” but we need more advanced conditions (e.g., “if X, show Y, then jump/proceed to Z”) to design templates more effectively and handle complex workflows.

Create a status for Requests when their tasks are Archived
Customer is working with Tasks originating from Requests. Often the content writers cannot execute the tasks, they archive them. In this case the Request does cannot get Completed and cannot be Declined since there is a task already. The customer is looking for a solution to keep the task and cancel/decline the request.

Add Review Option to Submitted Work Requests
Currently, when a user submits a request, the only available actions are Accept or Decline. This creates a gap in the workflow because there is no way to indicate that a request has been accepted but is still being evaluated or queued for setup.
We need an additional status, such as “Review” or “In Review,” that can be applied after a request is submitted. This status should be visible to both internal users and the requestor, so the requestor understands that their submission is actively being reviewed and has not been ignored.
From an internal workflow perspective, this status would…

Excessive Confirmation Dialogs
The system prompts for confirmation every time a date or time is changed, adding unnecessary clicks and time to the process. This may seem small, but it adds up significantly when you have 80+ steps in a workflow AND times are required for every task. Our teams are being delayed daily by this requirement.

Task due time causing manual work
Adding a subtask for the same day requires being careful that its due time is not earlier than the preceding task's time, or the system will reject it and cause more manual work to fix.
This would be solved if time wasn't required. But we're open to other solutions.3 votes -
My work - campaigns I own
For my role it would be very useful to have all campaigns, I'm the owner of, appear in the 'My work' section.
At the moment, it mainly shows tasks assigned to me, but it would be much easier to navigate if all of my campaigns were listed there as well. I still need to keep track of overall activity, add assets and content, and monitor progress etc. even for campaigns where I don’t currently have a task due.
Right now, when I need to find those campaigns, I have to search for them or rely on 'recently viewed' which isn’t…

label colours
I think it would be useful to have the Label colours pull through into the 'List' view in the Plan. We have a number of Label fields we are using in the 'List' view but the colours we have assigned to their values are only showing in the Calendar and Board views.
This would be beneficial for those wanting to track RAG statuses in the List view in the plan.

Ability to make repetitive form submissions more efficient
We have a large volume of similar requests being entered into the system. We want ways to make the amount of data entry for each form simpler. Could you prefill from a previous form or copy an existing form as a template for small edits? Can opal anticipate likely form answers based on a users previous submissions? Open to your ideas.

Compare Mode
Comparing two drafts is great in theory but it is limiting because you can only view previous comments, you cannot add any comments (or additional annotations) on the new draft when reviewing. You have to close out of compare mode, open up the content, annotate or comment, then go back into compare. It's easier to just have two separate tabs open in different windows. Compare would be more helpful if you could annotate while viewing.

Ability to Edit and Reorganize Tasks in Campaign Templates
Client requests the ability to edit existing campaign templates directly, including moving tasks into subcampaigns and reordering tasks within both active campaigns and templates. Currently, this functionality is not available, and users must work around it by editing a campaign and saving it as a new template.

Review and approval via email
We would like the ability for our leaders to view content and approve it via email. They would get an email with a copy of the content and be able to approve (not make edits) by clicking a button the email that signifies their completion of their step.

When you create a form (via templates) and share this via the URL, the intended user of the form can have the ability to change forms in the 'request type' field which makes the original URL redundant. The URL needs to be locked to that template only for ease of recipient use and it will ensure that the correct form is always submitted.
