When copying tasks dates should also carry over
It would be nice if when copying tasks, the dates within the workflow carried over. There are times where we have repeatable items due within a given timeframe (Opticon for example) and it would save a lot of time adjusting timelines.

Ability for non-Admins to generate reports
Many users who are not admins need to have the ability to generate reports. Can there be a new seat permission level created to allow for this?

Improve task date & naming behaviour when duplicating campaigns
Currently, when you copy a campaign, all of the task dates become misaligned, and every task is automatically renamed with “Copy of…”. This means you have to manually update each task name and adjust all the dates, which is very time‑consuming.
The whole point of copying a campaign with tasks is to avoid recreating everything from scratch, but because the copied version still requires so much manual fixing, the process isn’t actually saving time. This is especially frustrating when the original tasks have similar or sequential dates, because the copied campaign ends up with all the dates jumbled.

Re-work or re-name the Send Back feature
"Send Back" is an ambiguous term which could just as easily mean "return to the person who assigned this to me" as it does "undo all of this step's actions and set it to the last step". Can this feature be reviewed and tweaked so it works properly, or be renamed to explicitly describe what it does?
Currently, we are seeing users assume that they are returning a completed step to the owner and selecting "Send Back" and it's undoing everyone else's work on the sub-steps associated with that step, which is hugely disruptive!!

Request for date format in reports to display as DD/MM/YYYY
The date format has been changed from DD/MM/YYYY to September 19, 2025, which once again means the dates can’t be arranged oldest to newest in Excel and can only be sorted A-Z which isn’t what’s needed by the client.

Start week on Mondays as a setting (not default)
Feature request:
Hi, for European users I think a setting where we could start the week on Mondays would be preferable.Wherever there is a weekday picker we have to stop and think for a second.
I do not know every instance in the app where the week starts on Sunday. But I am referring to the calendar view under List under Plan.

Expansion of details available in admin reporting module
As a CMP Admin, I want to be able to report on tasks where task assignee (not creator) is a core field, and include key details like granular detail on what these tasks are (e.g. are they website updates, emails or larger project items).
The "field options" should be a comprehensive list of all fields. relating to tasks including custom fields.

View out of office in convert screen
It would be super helpful to be able to see someone's out of office (the red exclamation or something similar) while in the conversion screen (converting from request to task).

SLA Fields by Template
Add SLA fields preset by template type. For example, a Website request template could have an SLA of 5 days that automatically appears on the form (read-only for users). The system would also automatically close tickets after a set period (e.g., 2 weeks) if there’s no follow-up from the requester.

Support link in navigation on CMP
I have raised a few support tickets and whilst it is easy to do that via the navigation, it it not possible to quickly get to the support portal to see how the tickets have progressed. It would be good in the navigation, or in the Customer Support 'Contact us' pop-up, to have a link to the support portal.

'File formats' filters showing irrelevant formats
'File formats' is a default filter within the CMP. for folders, collections, assets. However, the fact that it shows file formats that do not apply to our content is confusing and misleading for users.
Is there any way this can only show our content formats, instead of all formats that do not apply to us? Or is there any way I can delete some of the formats that appear as default?

Allow text fields in task preview in calendar view + make it configurable which fields should be shown in the preview
When using the Calendar view in CMP to look for upcoming activities in team meetings/status calls it would be useful to have the ability to show text fields or a 'description' field in the hover over preview that give a little bit more information around that task without having to click into it

Value Name with Field Id
Currently, the CMP asset response returns only the value IDs inside the Values array. The response structure should be updated to return a collection of objects, where each object includes both the ValueId and the corresponding ValueName.

Fiscal year vs. Calendar Year
I know we can create custom views but it would be ideal under the Organization's Business Calendar to change to a fiscal calendar so that when we share views based on quarters, it aligns with how our company operates, i.e. our Q2 is Jan-Mar, not April-Jun.

Restrict Workflow usage
You should be able to restrict usage of Workflows to certain Assets, or to certain Teams/Users (or, ideally, a combination of both).
We have certain assets which need to go through specific approval flows for compliance reasons and currently the platform has no way to restrict who can do this, or whether the Asset can be put through different workflows accidentally.

Assigning a Team as Asset Owner
In all our setup and configuration of CMP, we are told that using Teams in place of Users for Tasks, Workflows and assignation of steps "makes sense" as it means things are not reliant on a single person/point of failure.
However, it is still not possible to assign ownership of a folder or asset to a Team! Our business doesn't have names individual users responsible for individual assets, we work in a team structure so having to assign a specific person as owner of an asset or group of assets goes against everything we are trying to design the solution…1 vote -
Allow Collaboration in a Library Collection
Currently, sharing a Collection in the CMP Library only provides read-only access to assets. Even when shared with internal users who have the appropriate role and permissions, they are unable to add assets to the collection, rename it, or edit the description.
I want to be able to grant "Co-Owner" or "Editor" permissions to specific internal users for a Collection, so that they can contribute without needing to be the original creator.
If possible, here's some suggested functionality:
