Ability to tag people/pages on LinkedIn
We often tag our subject-matter experts, industry partners or events in our brand's LinkedIn posts. Without the ability to do this tagging within CMP, it diminishes the value of scheduling/posting content through the platform.

Enable upload on search results in the Library
After searching for assets in the Library, the “Add/Upload” button grays out on the search results page. It would be more efficient to upload on the same page rather than exiting out of search.

label colours
I think it would be useful to have the Label colours pull through into the 'List' view in the Plan. We have a number of Label fields we are using in the 'List' view but the colours we have assigned to their values are only showing in the Calendar and Board views.
This would be beneficial for those wanting to track RAG statuses in the List view in the plan.

Functionality to bulk edit dates of all activity within campaign
Please can you add functionality to give the option to bulk change the end dates of all tasks and events within a campaign. I changed the end date for a campaign, thinking this would then update the dates for each task/event, but found that I needed to adjust each one individually.

Past Date Selections
In the date selection within the Plan and Request modules as well as Dashboards, we currently have options like this week / month / year and next week / month, etc., but what’s missing is last week / month / year, which would be very useful for reporting without having to go to the reporting section.

Add a save drafts / auto-save feature
Add a save drafts / auto-save feature in the Request module and comment fields, so users don’t lose updates or notes if they can’t complete them in one go. Currently, auto-refreshes can cause comments to disappear, so this would prevent data loss.

Replies and tagging
When it comes to replies, we always have to tag users even if you are replying to a comment from that person. If you reply to someones comment and you dont tag them, they don't even get notified, which is odd as you're replying directly to their comment.
It would be great if this could be updated so that it recognizes the people that were previously tagged, or who you are replying to. It's a bit tedious to always have to tag the same group of people.
We do love the feature to reply to comments from your outlook inbox,…

Custom notifications based on WRQ values
We would greatly appreciate to be able to customise the notifications
Examples:Define content and details of the notification per Work Request Template. For example, we use some Work Request template only to capture e.g. Event data (not triggering any action) into our event master list in CMP. The notification "Your Request has been accepted" makes user believe that the event is accepted and will be supported (which is not true - we only accept it to create record of the event - Task).
Define custom message based on values provided in WRQ - e.g. custom message for ACCEPT of…

Restrict Public Link Generation Based on Asset Field Value
This feature would give the ability to prevent public links from ever being generated for assets tagged with a specific field value (e.g. "Internal") while other external facing asset would still have public URLs automatically generated.
Currently there is no built-in way to make public link creation conditional on a field value, which means sensitive or internal-only assets can be inadvertently exposed.
Right now, public link creation, both individual generation and the bulk "Add Public Link" action, has no relationship with asset metadata. A custom field can classify an asset as internal, but it can't stop a link from being…

Pull picklists for fields via APIs
We would like the be able to control the picklist values for certain dropdown fields by calling in a list from another system that is the source of truth. For example, we might want to have a field for client name that pulls from CRM, or use the same list of regions that we manage in our CMS. In both of these cases, the source of truth is the non-CMP system and we'd benefit from being able to manage elsewhere, keeping up to date dynamically in CMP via API.

Allow "Brief" tab to be removed by task/campaign template
We are trying to move toward having one single, shared campaign brief that informs all downstream activities for a given campaign. The brief should live at the very top level and then all nested tasks/campaigns should be using the brief at the top level, rather than having their own brief.
To help instill this, we want our users to avoid the "Brief" tab in our downstream tasks/campaigns so that we don't create shadow briefs (if specific info is needed downstream, our users should use the "Content" field for uploads or fields to map in the necessary details). Rather than training…

Add folder-level filtering to Duplicate Finder in CMP Library
Summary: Enable the Duplicate Finder to respect folder context so users can scan for duplicates within a specific folder rather than across the entire CMP Library.
Problem / Current Behavior: When a user navigates to a specific folder (e.g., Product Images) and clicks Duplicate Finder, folder-level filtering options disappear. The tool scans the entire library, returning duplicates library-wide rather than scoped to the selected folder. The vendor has confirmed this is working as designed.
Requested Enhancement: Add the ability to scope duplicate detection to a selected folder, so results are limited to that folder's contents.

Remove (or Significantly Extend) the 6-Month Maximum Date Range on DAM/Library Asset Reporting & Exports
Category: CMP – Content Marketing Platform / DAM Reporting & Exports
Problem Statement:Asset reporting and exports from the Library/DAM currently cap the selectable date range at a maximum of 6 months. Users who need a complete view of their asset inventory cannot pull a single, full-history report. Instead, they are forced to run multiple time-boxed exports and manually merge them, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and does not scale as an organization accumulates more years of assets.
Current Behavior:
Reporting/export requires selecting a date range no wider than 6 months.
To capture a full year, users must run two separate reports…2 votes -
Naming Templates - Setting Request
Our admins would like a way to set task naming conventions when creating a task in the CMP. Our idea is to have naming templates based on the campaign chosen, but theoretically this could also work where a naming template is auto-filled based on the needs of each company - a specific task template, workflow template, campaign, etc. could all prompt this.
We need to be able to enforce standardized task names throughout all campaigns, so if a format could populate to remind users what to fill in, that would be ideal. The task name could even be an uneditable…4 votes -

Plan view: Display name on browsers tab or create header
We have several plan views for different tasks or priorities. It will be ideal to be able to see the name of the plan view we have currently active on our browser. A lot of times we can't tell where we are that we need to click on the plan view to see it.
If will be useful to have the title of the plan view show in the browser's tab and also have a header at top so we know which plan view we are on.

Version-aware (cache-busting) thumbnail URLs
CMP reuses the same image address across every version of an asset, combined with a ~24h browser cache header, so a genuinely up-to-date asset can show a stale thumbnail until a hard refresh. A URL that changes per version (or a shorter cache lifetime) would fix this.
