  1. Currently it is not possible to add watchers at campaign level. We would like this option. Plus, that all tasks belonging to the campaign, will have the same watchers by default.

  2. For organization and planning purposes, multiple teams create their own plans and views, often with multiple tasks being created and living under different campaigns, but for the same Marketing objective, for example, a new product Launch.
    The possibility to be able to have a Task associated with multiple campaigns would enable visibility for the different users plans (saved or not when filtering, while maintaining their original preferred setup.
    For example, I may have a Tasks in Campaign A that is for a Marketo e-mail, but I want this same Task to appear listed under "Activities" tab on Campaign B (if…

  3. We often build folders for specific regions, verticals, etc. and it would be nice to allow a single asset to be in multiple folders at once. Additionally, it would be great if we could push them to those folders from within the task!

  4. As a content creator, I want to be able to sort comments on review pages depending on what kind of content is being reviewed:
    * Specifically as a graphic designer working on brochures/PDFs, I want to be able to sort comments in these ways:
    ** Start on the first or the last page
    ** Newest or oldest comments
    * Specifically as a video producer working on video content, I want to be able to sort comments in these ways:

  5. Choosing images from the DAM inthe CMS is time consuming. I think two features would help this.
    1. Remember where I was - When I open the DAM this way to choose an image, it would be helpful if the DAM remembered where I was was the last time I opened it. For example, when creating some blocks, I want to store all the images for that block type together. I want to author one, open the DAM, navigatie to the image and choose it. The next time I open the DAM I shouldnt have to navigate to the same…

  6. The comment sections only allow for a single level of replies, which is causing confusion for our users. Say I leave a comment asking for review on a PDF. Someone else comments with their feedback, but I have a question about it. I can't reply directly to the feedback. Instead, I have to either reply at the same level (reply to my own comment or start a new thread - both are confusing when you're reading through the chain. Also, this means we either have to be very diligent with @mentioning people, or we miss key updates.

  7. It's currently not possible to tell which requests have active work happening in tasks/campaigns based on existing statuses (accepted doesn't necessarily mean work is being done. It would be great if we could have an in-progress status just like tasks. If there is an in-progress task on the request, then the request itself would be marked as in-progress.

  9. When creating an Event in the CMP, it would be cool to sync the event to a calendar such as Outlook GoogleCal or iCal. In the future, I wonder if it would be possible to invite guests to an event and include an agenda, although that can be handled from the calendar app a more seamless workflow could be accomplished with 'calendering' done in CMP.

  11. We would like to choose a thumbnail for a video file so that we can ensure we always have a quality image to represent the file. This is crucial if we plan to share our collections with prospects (we have to protect our brand image, but important even for internal users (as thumbnails help users find what they're looking for faster.

  13. When a request is approved and a task is created from the request, we want to keep the original requester informed of the process. While they can view the task via "related activities" in the request, it would be great if they were also added as a watcher so that they can get task notifications as we go along. We would like to see this for all user roles, including guests.

  14. In order to encourage better interaction (opens, click-throughs, etc. of emails from the platform, we'd like the ability to customize the email notifications to represent our brand identify. Ideally, we'd like to have control over the copy, logos, colors, subject line, etc. Users are more likely to open the emails when they feel familiar, and we rely on user interaction to drive engagement in the platform like workflow step completion, comment responses, etc.

  15. In addition to re-ordering the columns in the board view, we'd like to be able to do the same with rows/groupings. We like to group by campaign, and dragging important campaigns to the top would make it easier to find what you're looking for quickly.

  18. In Task board Plan view, you cannot view Work Requests. Viewing WRQs would be helpful because then we could plan/prioritize work that has not been built out yet, or view larger projects as a whole (rather than only the specific deliverables. We would also like to see campaigns to know the priority and status. (Currently can't prioritize or indicate what is in progress

  19. I am wondering if it is possible to apply an advanced filter to the "End/Due Date" of a task that enables the user to filter by the number of days overdue.
    For example, if a list upload is overdue an email cannot be sent on the planned email send date. We are looking for a way to flag tasks that are over 3-5 days overdue. The UI already provides this data upon hovering above the "End/Due Date" field -- can this information be leveraged as an advanced filter?
