  1. As a traffic manager who monitors all work requests, it would be ideal if I could filter and/or sort the work requests by Related Activities. Sometimes a job might be "accepted" but it has not yet been converted to a task, and being able to filter those and identify them so they don't get lost would be very helpful.

  2. Hello - recently you introduced the idea of field groups. Conceptually I like this feature. BUT, it is currently only available to add to an asset. With all the field inheritance, it would be really great if I could add a group of fields on a task, and then all those fields would trickle down to any assets on the task.

  7. Would like the ability to export a workflow that is assigned to a task, will all steps, dates included, into an excel. We would like this to solve for leaders/users who are not actively in CMP but need a line of sight into key milestones, dates, and owners. Also, the limitation where changing one date within a workflow changes them all is causing us to need to export to excel, play with the dates, e.g., if we move this +/1 a day can we still get it all in time, then update the dates in CMP.

  8. In the proofing experience: would be possible for the arrows on the left or right of the page to be clickable while in 'comment' mode, so we can still flick between the page(s without having to switch modes.

  9. In a task board view, when it shows the task for the next week, it does not put them in date order. The date sorting occurs when you reach that week, but it would be nice for tasks to be organized by date when you're looking ahead to the next week as well.

  11. We need to see who shared a plan view, also be able to delete a shared view from my list. In theory this list could grow to an extremity long list that I can't edit and with views that is not applicable/needed for me.
    As a minimum requirement at least the admins should be able to see/edit these list.

  12. As an Admin, we want to restrict access to certain Work Request or Task Briefs by user group / teams. Some user groups should only see 1 or 2 request types, and we don't want them to be able to see our entire list and accidently select one that isn't relevant to them.

  13. We would like to add labels to the bars in timeline view similar to how Microsoft Projects does it. The labels would include owners or the title of the campaign/task. This would help the team see a quick overview of what everyone is working on without having to scroll all the time. Attached is an example from Microsoft Project.

  14. When adding a task in a campaign users often forget to add a start/end date to the task. It is more obvious when adding a stand alone task then from inside a campaign.
    Wanted: some kind of pop-up alerting not to forget to also add start/end date + fields to the task.

  15. I would like to see how often a field is used and see all of the templates a field is used in to make it easier to deactivate fields we no longer need or know which forms will update when I edit a field. This is a repeat of another request.

    we are wondering if there is a plan to introduce a native generator of UTM codes in CMP.
    We understand generating UTM codes is still challenge for lot of companies and we naturally see a UTM generator in CMP - where users create tasks for all comms deliverables, collaborate on execution, iterate and store all content that ever has been publishing. Ideally we would include it as a step in the (most workflows.

  17. Sometimes the content we create isn't an entire page, but just a block of content that is consumed later by our content team. Examples include promotional content, banners, and content for lead generation.
    We'd like to be able to create a block similar to how we create a page today, schedule the publishing of the block, and use it later on a page. If we select an existing block, we need to be able to publish the block and have it updated on all pages it was previously included on.

  18. Within the Library, please provide the Image Resolution (e.g., 300 PPI. The Image Information section already provides Image Dimensions (e.g., 1920 px by 1280 px but to find higher quality images for Print we have to download the image to find the Resolution.
