As a developer, I want to be able to select the quality of the image using the Feed API v2 (https://docs.developers.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/feed-api#dynamically-resize-images-from-the-optimizely-cmp-api . This quality option should reduce the number of bytes sent through the Network to help with client-side performance.
    This feature should be similar to the quality feature of CDNs. Please see example here (https://developers.cloudflare.com/images/transform-images/transform-via-url/#quality .

  2. We would like the ability to show or hide different fields in a Work Request form based on a user selected drop down.
    For example, if a user selects Website Update from the Request Type dropdown, only fields in section Website Update would display and all others would be hidden.
    In current state, you can choose to jump to a certain section, but other sections remain visible so the jump logic doesn't provide much value as users still have to scroll past irrelevant sections of the form to submit it. I did confirm with one of the IT engineers there…

As a Creative Director and Project Manager, I need the ability to see all of my organization's upcoming projects based on a single universal workflow step from a task before that step is being worked on. This will help me get an editorial calendar-like view of all of the work that is going out in a given time period based on something like an in-home date for a print campaign, an in-inbox date for an email campaign, etc.

  4. We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.

    Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:

    • Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
    • Reduce manual monitoring
    • Support consistent asset governance

    If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

  5. We need to, via API, create a bespoke unique identifier for each newly created asset and store that in the taxonomy. Once entered in the taxonomy the value should not be editable. This ensures that published assets, especially printed ones, can always be identified by this field.

  6. All of our task steps are due EOD. It is very time consuming to have to set each step in each task to that time. We would like to be able to either turn off all times due, and only have a date, or set all times to a default time.

  7. Currently you are unable to add cache control headers to assets served from the DAM's CDN.

    We would like a DAM admin the ability configure response headers for their org and/or adding a special query param to the asset url to request the CDN to add the cache-control response headers.

  9. To improve the user experience and DAM functionality, the requirement to search for an asset in the DAM based on "upload date" or "last modified" is necessary.
    As an example, we have 50,000+ assets tagged similarly (200+ automatically uploaded daily, and it is very difficult (and time consuming to find assets from previous months.

  11. As an Admin, we want to restrict access to certain Work Request or Task Briefs by user group / teams. Some user groups should only see 1 or 2 request types, and we don't want them to be able to see our entire list and accidently select one that isn't relevant to them.

We would like to be able to customize the information sent out in Welcome notification emails. he important information does not show up until the end of the subject and it would be quicker for someone to understand the action that needs to be taken. Email subjects will say "Bryana Tribuna change the due date for your step in HNG…" and you have to click on the email to understand what is happening.   13. We would love to be able to designate a field to color-code search results. For example, we have a "deliverable" field designating what kind of produce a task is creating. We could designate this field as the search primary so we could pick out deliverable type quickly and easily.

  14. As an administrator of the platform, I would like to be able to filter my library by selecting a Team to see what assets they can see within the Library.
    We have a large organization with dozens of content creators adding content to our library for thousands of end users on a daily basis. In addition to that, we have created approximately 50 teams within our CMP to better control access to content and manage campaigns.   17. When CMS content is created through the CMP it doesn't publish all the content items, like blocks and images. The CMP creates a Project in the CMS and only publishes the page. This leaves a broken page live on the site until a content creator jumps into CMS and manually publishes all the individual content associated with the page. The expected behavior would be that the CMP publishes everything selected for publishing in the CMS Project, including all its assets.

  18. I would like to see Completed Tasks within the Board View when filtering via any Columns - i.e. Fields, Campaign, etc. without having to Group by Status.
    I should then be able to use the Filter Panel to adjust the Status as needed.

  19. Hi Team, are there any plan to allow renditions to be disabled on an asset-by-asset basis. Maybe as a menu option to turn off ? Reason being that some assets do not require renditions to be created. e.g. logo's ?

  20. When the "Jump To" logic is applied to a field in a Work Request, multiple sections appear instead of the single section that should appear for the field selected.
    Example (as seen attached:
    - The user clicks on 1 field value in a multiple-select dropdown list in the Work Request.
    - The applicable section appears for this field value (correct
    - AND sections for additional field values also appear (incorrect
    Ideal State: ONLY the sections that relate to the selected fields should appear for the user.
