View Completed Tasks in Board View with all 'Columns' Filters
I would like to see Completed Tasks within the Board View when filtering via any Columns - i.e. Fields, Campaign, etc. without having to Group by Status.
I should then be able to use the Filter Panel to adjust the Status as needed.4 votes -

Plan views shared with me
We need to see who shared a plan view, also be able to delete a shared view from my list. In theory this list could grow to an extremity long list that I can't edit and with views that is not applicable/needed for me.
As a minimum requirement at least the admins should be able to see/edit these list.4 votes -
Pin your default Plan view
When you go into the Plan module teams and individuals would like to always come to their own default view. It is really confusing now and you don´t know where you are.

Change multiple tasks at once
I want the ability to multi-select many tasks at once and make changes (such as archiving or changing the due date. Right now, this has to be done one by one or pay to have your off-shore team do it.

Be able to make renditions for more other file formats such as TIFF and documents
Right now, renditions supports a limited number of file formats. It would be great to have more flexibility to create renditions for TIFF images and documents.

Ability to export active workflow steps into an excel
Would like the ability to export a workflow that is assigned to a task, will all steps, dates included, into an excel. We would like this to solve for leaders/users who are not actively in CMP but need a line of sight into key milestones, dates, and owners. Also, the limitation where changing one date within a workflow changes them all is causing us to need to export to excel, play with the dates, e.g., if we move this +/1 a day can we still get it all in time, then update the dates in CMP.

"Publish to CMS" should publish page(s and all associated unpublished content items
When CMS content is created through the CMP it doesn't publish all the content items, like blocks and images. The CMP creates a Project in the CMS and only publishes the page. This leaves a broken page live on the site until a content creator jumps into CMS and manually publishes all the individual content associated with the page. The expected behavior would be that the CMP publishes everything selected for publishing in the CMS Project, including all its assets.

To be able to disable renditions for individual assets in Library
Hi Team, are there any plan to allow renditions to be disabled on an asset-by-asset basis. Maybe as a menu option to turn off ? Reason being that some assets do not require renditions to be created. e.g. logo's ?

Single Selection for Jump To Logic in Work Requests
When the "Jump To" logic is applied to a field in a Work Request, multiple sections appear instead of the single section that should appear for the field selected.
Example (as seen attached:
- The user clicks on 1 field value in a multiple-select dropdown list in the Work Request.
- The applicable section appears for this field value (correct

Plan Module Board View - allow sorting of individual columns
In the plan module, when using the board view, the cards in a given column are sorted somehow, but it is unclear how. I can manually change the sort, but that is only for me, not other users. There needs to be a way to control the sort of these columns, even if its just by date, although context specific options would be good. But the current manual only sort is not really sustainable with a large team.

Incorporate the use of same meaning words (synonyms for the Library search
Please update search within the Library to return images where the keywords are similar to what is entered.
Our employees are searching the Library for words which are similar to, but do not exactly match which has been added as metadata through tags or to the description. Unless the exact word is used, the image won't be returned by search.
Two examples based upon popular keywords used by our employees for image searches:
1 Employees search for "Celebrate" but many of our Getty purchased images are tagged with "Celebration" and those images are not returned in search in this case.…3 votes -

AVIF is supported by all modern browsers and has a better compression rate when compared to other formats.

Filter tasks by assigned teams in plan view
We would like to be able to filter tasks/campaigns in CMP by assignee->teams with the action just pulling in tasks/campaigns that have been assigned to that specific team. The current functionality pulls in all task/campaigns that assigned to all users within the team, regardless of the team being involved. It makes the use of the team feature irrelevant.
Current functionality:
Filter assignee: Team 1 (user 1 & user 2
Plan view:
- All tasks assigned to user 1
- All tasks assigned to user 2

Extend character limit on Tasks
Please extend the character count limitation on Tasks from 80 to 100 characters.
For content migration work, we are using URLs for Task Names and a 100-count limit would enable the full URL to be seen for most webpages, whereas 80 is too short.3 votes -
Create a native integration with Clockify for time tracking
We want to track how much time we spend on tasks and projects, but since that functionality is not available in Optimizely, we are working on building our own Zapier integration with Clockify to do that for us.
Clockify has native integrations available for Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Basecamp, Clickup and many other project management tools. It would be great if this was out of the box for Optimizely too.3 votes -
Add special days to calendar (not just holidays
Possibility to add team specific 'special days' (not just holidays to the calendar and be able to turn on/off the special days with a toggle (like used for activity types. If the special days always are shown the view might get to cluttered.

Ability to add whole folders from the library to multiple tasks or campaigns
When we create a folder in the library, it would be good to be able to add the whole folder to a task or campaign rather than single assets.

Add durations to Sub-Steps

At the moment, there is no way to document SLAs for sub-steps. We'd like to be able to do this in the same way that it is done for whole steps.2 votesWe are currently working on a resource module that would allow time estimates at the sub-step level. Although duration will remain at the step level, the new time estimates at the substep level will hopefully allow users to track data at a more granular level equivalent to if we added durations to sub-step.
