Read only taxonomy field
We need to, via API, create a bespoke unique identifier for each newly created asset and store that in the taxonomy. Once entered in the taxonomy the value should not be editable. This ensures that published assets, especially printed ones, can always be identified by this field.

Allow cache-control headers to CDN for DAM assets
Currently you are unable to add cache control headers to assets served from the DAM's CDN.
We would like a DAM admin the ability configure response headers for their org and/or adding a special query param to the asset url to request the CDN to add the cache-control response headers.

Lock Expiry Date Field in Pod Workflows Post-Review
We need to ensure expiry dates in Pod workflows remain accurate and compliant by preventing unauthorised edits after review. Currently, users can change the expiry date field even after it has been reviewed, which risks compliance issues and undermines governance efforts.
Please implement a lock on the expiry date field once a designated reviewer (e.g. Marketing Compliance) has completed their step in the workflow. This will:
- Prevent accidental or unauthorised changes
- Reduce manual monitoring
- Support consistent asset governance
If full lockdown isn’t feasible, a conditional lock or warning prompt would be a helpful interim solution.

Ability to add whole folders from the library to multiple tasks or campaigns
When we create a folder in the library, it would be good to be able to add the whole folder to a task or campaign rather than single assets.

(DTM-13215 Brief only pulling over from work request when creating new task in a campaign not when linked to existing
A user received a work request for a campaign that already exists. They accepted the work request and linked it to the task that already exists within the campaign. Ideally, this would bring across the brief from the work request. However, it did not but we know that this works when you create a new task within an existing campaign. So can it also do this for existing tasks with a campaign?
Steps are:
Go to Work request 239 which has a Brief in it and link that WRQ to Task-673.

Workflow Permissions - Prevent users from changing status of a workflow step not assigned to them
Currently in the CMP, when I assign a user to a step in the workflow, I have to share the entire Task with that user. Once the task is shared with the user, the user can change the status of any workflow step. This is a problem in an organization with clear distinction of teams/roles. For example, if I have a compliance team responsible for ensuring all assets are compliant with regulations, I want that team to manage the compliance workflow steps and no other users. But with the current way that permissions work, anyone can close the compliance workflow…

Add the ability to save multiple assets on the same task to different locations in the library
In the case of a Task with multiple assets, it would be useful to be able to save those assets to different locations. For example, on a task that involves designing a new asset, the task might have various working files: .esp files for example, as well as the final asset. We would like both of these to be saved to the library, but we would like the .esp file to be saved to a folder with limited access, so only designers could get to it, but the final asset be saved to a folder with broader permissions.

Clear all notifications redundancy
It is way too easy to accidentally clear all notifications in the notifications panel. Can you add a second step asking if the user really wants to remove all notifications?

Hej, jag vill att tasks som har ett due date som passerats automatiskt ska arkiveras/försvinna frĺn min listvy i Campaigns. Själva campaign ska alltsĺ vara kvar, men "tasksen" som är förbi ska försvinna/arkiveras automatiskt. Hur gör jag det?

Product Feedback: AI for Workflow efficiency
This idea is for using AI/automation more when creating the steps we have built in our workflows.
Once you have added a person or group, it also adds in a shortlist when adding on the other steps. And also suggests date and time for each step based on earlier tasks and what start date and end date you have for the task.
The automation could cut down on the time spent assigning people and dates on a step-by-step basis (since we're not able to multi-select by programming for example: If I put a person on the workflow "[B+C+V Team] Graphic…2 votes
