Add to Library Before Task is Complete
We often have "post-production" steps that we want to include on our workflow AFTER the created asset is going to be made available to end-users via the Library. These are steps like social promotion, checking on analytics, etc.

We'd like the ability to delegate all or some of someone's work to another user in the case that they go out on leave, leave the organization, etc.

Image Meta Data
During the development of our site, we have had some back and forth regarding images from the CMP (Welcome DAM. In modern web development, all images must have an Alt Text and explicit width and height in the markup:

We would like the ability to adjust the number of days assigned to a task step in the workflow rather than just through a template
We use many workflow templates in the CMP. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the number of days assigned to a step on the fly in the task workflow, rather than the number of days strictly locked to the templated workflow.

@mention multiple users
It'd be nice to be able to @ mention everyone assigned to a step in a workflow of a task. Similar to slack's "[at] here" functionality.

Replace User with New User
A member of our team has left the business. It would be good if we could replace that User profile in the CMP with a new user who is replacing that role, rather than manually changing every step in all the workflows that relate to that User.

And/Or/Not Options in Filters
We'd love to see more control over how filters are applied, including the ability to choose "and", "or", and "not" logic. This would allow for more curated views, improving the end-user experience.

Adding 'Creation Date' to Reporting
Adding a request to create the 'Creation Date' field on all reports in order to report on number of tasks by created date.

Possibility for a Task to be associated with multiple Campaigns
For organization and planning purposes, multiple teams create their own plans and views, often with multiple tasks being created and living under different campaigns, but for the same Marketing objective, for example, a new product Launch.
The possibility to be able to have a Task associated with multiple campaigns would enable visibility for the different users plans (saved or not when filtering, while maintaining their original preferred setup.
For example, I may have a Tasks in Campaign A that is for a Marketo e-mail, but I want this same Task to appear listed under "Activities" tab on Campaign B (if…3 votes -
Choosing DAM images from the CMS
Choosing images from the DAM inthe CMS is time consuming. I think two features would help this.
1. Remember where I was - When I open the DAM this way to choose an image, it would be helpful if the DAM remembered where I was was the last time I opened it. For example, when creating some blocks, I want to store all the images for that block type together. I want to author one, open the DAM, navigatie to the image and choose it. Allow users to sort comments on review pages
As a content creator, I want to be able to sort comments on review pages depending on what kind of content is being reviewed:
* Specifically as a graphic designer working on brochures/PDFs, I want to be able to sort comments in these ways:
** Start on the first or the last page
** Newest or oldest comments
* Specifically as a video producer working on video content, I want to be able to sort comments in these ways:
** Start at the beginning or the end of the video

Calendar integration for Events
When creating an Event in the CMP, it would be cool to sync the event to a calendar such as Outlook GoogleCal or iCal. In the future, I wonder if it would be possible to invite guests to an event and include an agenda, although that can be handled from the calendar app a more seamless workflow could be accomplished with 'calendering' done in CMP.

Restrict due dates chosen by requestors
We need to be able to add a number of days out (for example 10 days as a default to all requests so that requestors cannot request projects earlier than our default delivery/completion date. For example we don't want to allow requestors to submit requests with a same day due date.

We'd like our workflow steps to be due dates only, with no times. The times are confusing for our international teams.

Add watcher for campaigns
Currently it is not possible to add watchers at campaign level. We would like this option. Plus, that all tasks belonging to the campaign, will have the same watchers by default.

Ability to @ mention watchers
It would be great if @watchers was a functional way to notify watchers of a task that there is a comment for them - especially useful when there are a large number of folks that need communicating to.

Rename Platform Objects
We'd like the ability to rename things like campaigns -> programs, tasks -> projects, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching new users to "decode" the platform language, and it makes it harder to drive adoption. Renaming these objecsts to use our internal language would make things a lot easier.

Summarize Notifications
I get A LOT of notifications, and I do want to hear about everything in them, but it would be great if I could get a roll-up instead. Once a day would be ideal, maybe first thing in the morning.
And even for the time-sensitive notifications (like @mentions, batching them if several come in succession would be great. Maybe hold them for an hour?8 votes
