Description: Hi,
We are currently working through migrating assets into the CMP and yesterday we uploaded some that had personal data in them (and hadn't been redacted as per our process. We deleted the content out of the workflow as soon as we noticed TSK-730, but when we were doing QC on the assets today we realised they were still accessible.
Are we missing a step to delete content before it's promoted to the Library?2 votes -
CMP - Workflows - SAVE button for the whole section overlapping SAVE button for a step
When editing a Step in a Workflow, the SAVE button for the whole STEPS section overlaps the SAVE button to save changes in A step (when working on a common 14inch laptop. So what happens to us often is that we intuitively click the "big" SAVE button but then the step changes are not saved. Could it be that:
A the SAVE/CANCEL bar is not sticky - hence not overlapping the step SAVE button
OR
B when making changes to a step and clicking only the "big" SAVE button, the system prompts that there are unsaved changes in a step…1 vote -
Product Feedback: Full view in "Requests"
Description: Hi! When I click on a link in Notifications that goes to a request, part of the request ticket window is hidden behind the notification window. When having the Notification window open, can we the setting that the second window Requests ticket window is placed beside the Notifications window.

CMP - Tasks - adding Task Template clears the hosting campaign
Hi Team,
thank you for enabling to choose a Task Template also for the existing Tasks - great to see to are further refining and evolving this super helpful feature.
Here we have observed a bit unexpected behaviour when choosing a Task Template in an existing Task REMOVES the campaign where the Task has been created. This looks like a minor thing but actually the consequence is that we end up with a lot of tasks misplaced/ orphaned on the level 1 whenever users oversee that the Campaign field got cleared out after selecting a Task Template.

Product Feedback: filters and activity type
Description: we need to make inputs separating events from campaigns. when i filter out i can only see events, and under that you have everything. it's difficult to navigate and find global or regional events.
and secondly, under filters, we need to have filter region. so we can check events in MELA or MMEA etc..2 votes -
Support for 3D spin sets asset vectors
Customer would like the DAM to support rendering 3D spin sets "spinning images" of products which can be rendered on a customer portal. The ability to render this would be needed on the CMS too and via public links.

Values in the Date fields differ per time zone (CMP
We have experienced an unexpected behaviour of the Date types of fields:
* When a person sitting e.g. in Singapore sets up the publishing date or approval date in CMP for 10 June, it will show up as 9 June for users in Europe
* We understand this might be due to time zone difference that when it turns to 10 June in Singapore, it´s still 9 June in Europe
* We understand this might be helpful for the Time type of fields – so it when the publishing time is set to 12:00 in Singapore, it´s shown as 6:00…2 votes -
Change multiple tasks at once
I want the ability to multi-select many tasks at once and make changes (such as archiving or changing the due date. Right now, this has to be done one by one or pay to have your off-shore team do it.

Dependent Fields
We would like to have dependent fields. For instance, if someone selects a value in a particular field, it would open a secondary field that is dependent on that first value chosen.

File extensions for CMP image urls
Currently, the file extension implementation in the CMP seems inconsistently implemented.
1. The urls generated by the CMP do not contain a file extension.

The .png does not function as a file extension for the browser.
2. In the CMP, if I change the Title of an image, and leave the extension off, I get a warning, but it will let me do it. If I remove that extentsion, I end up with the url:

Filter Requests by Related Activites
As a traffic manager who monitors all work requests, it would be ideal if I could filter and/or sort the work requests by Related Activities. Sometimes a job might be "accepted" but it has not yet been converted to a task, and being able to filter those and identify them so they don't get lost would be very helpful.

Document Renditions
Should be able to create renditions for documents not just images or videos. Right now, clients have two upload two assets to support PDF delivery on the site.

Ability to export active workflow steps into an excel
Would like the ability to export a workflow that is assigned to a task, will all steps, dates included, into an excel. We would like this to solve for leaders/users who are not actively in CMP but need a line of sight into key milestones, dates, and owners. Also, the limitation where changing one date within a workflow changes them all is causing us to need to export to excel, play with the dates, e.g., if we move this +/1 a day can we still get it all in time, then update the dates in CMP.

Make page arrows clickable in commenting mode
In the proofing experience: would be possible for the arrows on the left or right of the page to be clickable while in 'comment' mode, so we can still flick between the page(s without having to switch modes.

Date order for task organization
In a task board view, when it shows the task for the next week, it does not put them in date order. The date sorting occurs when you reach that week, but it would be nice for tasks to be organized by date when you're looking ahead to the next week as well.

As we store a lot of content on our sharepoint users see the usecase to integrate the content share with Sharepoint. Also, to be able to share URL to sharepoint links

Plan views shared with me
We need to see who shared a plan view, also be able to delete a shared view from my list. In theory this list could grow to an extremity long list that I can't edit and with views that is not applicable/needed for me.
As a minimum requirement at least the admins should be able to see/edit these list.3 votes
