  4. Description: My team utilizes SharePoint. Currently, the only way for us to share documents housed in SharePoint within Optimizely is put a link for a document in a brief or a comment. It would be very convenient for our team if we would upload a document from SharePoint, and be able to edit it within Optimizely. The key function we would need is for edits/changes made in Optimizely to sync with the document in SharePoint. Without the function of syncing changes, we end up having to manually update the document with all the changes made in Optimizely into SharePoint.

  5. We suggest to enable an overview of who is working on what in CMP´s Plan module, by seeing all assignees of the respective Tasks (not only the Owner or Current assignee
    So either it would list ALL assignees assigned to a Task throughout the workflow, e.g.:
    | Task Title | Owner | Assignees |
    | LinkedIn Climate Risk | John Smith | Sarah Jones, James Donovan, Peter Johnson |
    Or having columns for assignee of each step of the workflow, e.g.

  7. As an admin, I would like to provide the ability for users to pull files from the CMP Library using the Attachments field in templates. Right now, they can only pull files from the Library using the Creative Assets field. Often, we do not pull creative files from the library, we are pulling documents.

  9. As CMP campaigns evolve, sub-campaigns, milestones and tasks often need to be moved to better show the relationships between them. In plan view, it is a manual job currently to move tasks, as each task has to be opened and edited based on where/what it should be related to. Automation in plan view to move around tasks, milestones etc. would provide greater efficiency and effectiveness.

  10. As a content manager, i want to upload a PNG asset without having to specifically having to pick the "PNG" item from the field list. It would make using the filters much easier to use and then yield actual results from a search.t
    The image in step 1 is a folder in our DAM. The system has recognised the file types in the main panel. I haven't added the file formats in the fields.
    The image in step 2 is selecting the PNG filter, which provides me with 0 results. Thus making the filter tool redundant in this case.

  11. Description: This ? (question mark help button overlaps with step descriptions and step action buttons when viewing a task and its not required for our users.
    The product help/updates button is useful for Admins so just add it to Admin page/section.
    No one else actually needs it.

  12. Please extend the character count limitation on Tasks from 80 to 100 characters.
    For content migration work, we are using URLs for Task Names and a 100-count limit would enable the full URL to be seen for most webpages, whereas 80 is too short.

  13. Description: It would be helpful if 'search' could find an asset based on the guid in the public URL. It is common that a publisher knows the public url, but not the name of the image. Trying to find it in the library can be a challenge.

We are looking for new automation possibilities via the API and as advised by Optimizely's Solutions Consultant, I'm submitting this request for a new field type that enables users to search and select an 'active' Campaign in Work Requests. We were advised that with the Campaign selected, and the subsequent Campaign GUID known, this will allow the automation of creating Tasks from Work Requests, in the correct Campaign, through the API.

  19. It would be great if while in the proofing tool, a person could click "next" or something similar to navigate through proofing multiple items. Instead of having to click the main task link at the top, re-navigate to the content tab and find the next item.

  20. Right now, renditions supports a limited number of file formats. It would be great to have more flexibility to create renditions for TIFF images and documents.
