Easy migration of templates/fields from one instance to another
We would like to have a possibility to easily migrate templates and/or fields created in one instance (e.g., test instance to production instance. This would allow us to save a lot of time that is now spent on recreating a setup in prod that is already created in test instance.

Single Selection for Jump To Logic in Work Requests
When the "Jump To" logic is applied to a field in a Work Request, multiple sections appear instead of the single section that should appear for the field selected.
Example (as seen attached:
- The user clicks on 1 field value in a multiple-select dropdown list in the Work Request.
- The applicable section appears for this field value (correct
- AND sections for additional field values also appear (incorrect

Indexing Assets
Hi Team,
in the December release, you have introduced option to INDEX the Assets in Library (CMP. While we appreciate the flexibility, we also can see potential risks of enabling indexing by users by an accident and making an internal corporate content to pop up in Google Search results. Hence, we would appreciate the possibility to DISABLE this option in the Admin settings.

Toggle on/off Holidays
Be able to turn on/off holidays from the calendar view with a toggle (like used for activity types to get a less cluttered view.

Make event description field rich text
When hovering over an event in the calendar, a link should be visible and clickable for easy access. If the Event description field is changed to rich text it will be possible to add a link in the description.

Move start and end dates after workflow selection
When creating a task, move the start and end dates to below the workflow selection since the due dates might change depending on the workflow's SLAs.

Confirmation to delete asset is hidden when image is associated with many CMS pages (Usage
You cannot see the "Yes, Delete" confirmation button for assets with a lot of associated webpages (Usage section. In the attached example, the image is associated with over 50 urls and I had to reduce my browser resolution to 25% to see the buttons.
Can you enable scrolling so a user can review the associated pages at normal magnification? Otherwise, please place the "Cancel" and "Yes, Delete" buttons in a more accessable location.2 votes -
Plan Module Board View - allow sorting of individual columns
In the plan module, when using the board view, the cards in a given column are sorted somehow, but it is unclear how. I can manually change the sort, but that is only for me, not other users. There needs to be a way to control the sort of these columns, even if its just by date, although context specific options would be good. But the current manual only sort is not really sustainable with a large team.

Have the ability to create renditions in AVIF format
AVIF is supported by all modern browsers and has a better compression rate when compared to other formats.

Color code search results by a designated field
We would love to be able to designate a field to color-code search results. For example, we have a "deliverable" field designating what kind of produce a task is creating. We could designate this field as the search primary so we could pick out deliverable type quickly and easily.

Product Feedback: Request Board Suggestion
Description: Hello,
It would be great to be able to add a column for "task" or "campaign" to be able to see if/when we've accepted request form submissions and their corresponding task or campaign without having to click in to the request, then click the related tab, and then click to navigate to the campaign. ?2 votes -
Acceptance date to be included in the Request export
We want to measure the effectivness oand turnaround of work requests submitted. In order to measure more effectivly we are lacking 'acceptance date' data in the report and export. You have included sumbission and completion date so why not also acceptance date.

Change logs for templates and workflows
We would like to have a change log of when briefs were edited. At a minimum, we'd like to see who made the change and when. Ideally, we'd also be able to see what was changed.

My Work filter for step due dates
When viewing my work, a filter that would sort the tasks by when the user's step is due rather than the task due date would be helpful. Several tasks are not due for several months and will be buried under other tasks with steps due far later. Overall, more filtering options would be appreciated on the My Work table.

Need ability to see calendar view of projects based on specific step in workflow
As a Creative Director and Project Manager, I need the ability to see all of my organization's upcoming projects based on a single universal workflow step from a task before that step is being worked on. This will help me get an editorial calendar-like view of all of the work that is going out in a given time period based on something like an in-home date for a print campaign, an in-inbox date for an email campaign, etc.

Copying Template Sections
I would love the ability to copy whole sections from templates to use in other templates. We have some complicated sections that I am continually having to recreate when we create new templates.

Plan view activity type filter synced with column settings
When filtering a plan view - calender you can select activity type 'Campaign', If you haven't toggled the 'show campaigns' it will show nothing. There should be a "warning" to set the toggle alternativly autoset the toggle to 'Show campaigns', otherwise the filter will be useless.
