Clear formatting for text copied and pasted from other docs
In the attached screenshot you can see that text copied and pasted into CMP workflows carry with them the formatting from the origin document (highlights etc). Can this formatting be cleared for improved usability in the CMP?

Proposal to Update Default Watcher Assignment in Workflows
Current Challenge:
The current workflow automatically assigns all participants as watchers on every task. This approach results in excessive and often irrelevant notifications, creating unnecessary noise and reducing overall efficiency.
Proposed Change:
Update the default behavior so that no watchers are automatically assigned to tasks. Instead, individuals can opt in by adding themselves as watchers for tasks they wish to monitor.
Result:
Reduce notification overload for team members.
Improve focus by ensuring only relevant updates are received.
Empower users to control their level of engagement with specific tasks.8 votes -
Ability to highlight the size and importance of a task
It would be helpful to have a default field in work request forms/briefs that encourage the user to highlight the size of a task (small, medium, large) and also express whether urgency is high, medium or low.
9 votesWe are currently exploring a solution that would allow team managers to provide qualitative estimates (e.g. Story Points, T-Shirt Sizes) to steps. TBD if we will also allow these estimates in Work Request forms.

CMP: Multiple Assignees for Tasks
Allow more than one person to be assigned to a task (currently limited to 1 person or 1 team). This flexibility, already available in Requests, would help manage collaborative work more effectively.

Automated Assignee for Time Off
Allow automatic reassignment of tasks when a user logs time off, so assignees are temporarily replaced and work continues without manual updates.

Past Date Selections
In the date selection within the Plan and Request modules as well as Dashboards, we currently have options like this week / month / year and next week / month, etc., but what’s missing is last week / month / year, which would be very useful for reporting without having to go to the reporting section.

Read only fields to be able to be applied retrospectively
It would be great to have read only fields not just for new fields that are created but to be able to apply retrospectively to previously created fields

Ability to direct Opal to search certain folders for Assets not entire CMP library
When using the new Opal asset suggestion functionality would it be possible for Opal to be direct to one particular folder rather than search the entire library?

Add ability to tag in Microsoft files
We can edit, comment (plain text), and track changes in Word docs and other file types in the CMP...but we can't tag other users. This seems like an odd deficiency and it would really help us to be able to call out other users who specifically need to address certain sections of each file. Otherwise, it's very difficult to utilize the functionality of having these files in the first place. The idea is collaboration, and not being able to use tagging to essentially "assign" feedback to the correct user limits the use of this feature.

Show all tasks where current step is assigned to a team in plan view
When looking for tasks in plan view would like the ability to see all tasks where the current assignee is 'team name'.
Today, when filtering by assignees=team name and current step only we see all current steps assigned to anyone in the team including the team name itself. Would like to be able to filter further by just seeing tasks where current step is assigned to team name only.
We have set up 'pick lists' as teams so tasks can be triaged by someone within the team. It's challenging for the people in the 'pick list team' to see what…

Add possibility to bulk delete tasks within campaigns
Currently there's no possibility to bulk delete tasks within Campaign, the reduces the productivity. Simple example: I created a bunch of tasks using Opal, save them, and then understood that I do not need quite a few of them. Instead of deleting tasks one by one, I should be able to select tasks and delete them within one click of a button.

Calendar view
For more long-term planning, it would be great to have the calendar view displaying months, not just days. Certain campaigns are planned already for the whole year but the detailed scope is developed later in the process and specific activities are added at a later stage. Having a monthly calendar view would help to see the bigger picture. Ideally, we would also like to add "labels" that would be visible in the calendar view so that we can mark e.g. "Campaign tier" as some campaigns are more crucial than the others so it would be great to see priorities. If…

Granularity of roles matrix in Custom Roles configuration
Currently, there is not enough granularity within the roles matrix to create practical Admin roles for management of sub-sets of CMP capability. For example, it's not possible to allow for a role just to create and edit Workflows, without allowing access to a lot of other system configuration settings which are not desirable to expose. The same goes for Fields admin and other capabilities, including the new "Read-Only" override which is allowed for every Admin on the system.
Please can the granularity of control over Admin permissions be reviewed to allow for more specialist platform management roles to be created,…

Urgent task/step notification
It would be great if a task or step were urgent it could say so in the notification that the assignee receives (similar to how an email can be flagged in Office)

Protect CMP collections with forms
We are currently evaluating how to better leverage CMP collections as a way to share content externally while maintaining visibility and control over user engagement.
At the moment, our main challenge is that although our DAM serves as a central repository for all our content, we are unable to effectively share materials externally in a trackable way. Specifically, we lack visibility into who is downloading assets, as well as access to user data that would allow us to follow up or engage with those individuals. As a result, the DAM is primarily being used for storage rather than as a…

Add Undo Button & Add Warning Messages for Large Changes
Within the CMP, a colleague moved a task from one campaign to another. When she did that, with absolutely no warning and no way to "undo", it changed ALL of the workflow step due dates. She is now is left with approx 80 steps to manually adjust.
Our requested solution is two fold.
1. There needs to be an "undo" button in the CMP, period, for most actions.
2. There needs to be a warning message when massive changes are going to happen because of an action performed.4 votes -
Archive functionality needs expanding
Archiving Assets seems very much an afterthought on the system. Archiving is not logged in the Asset history, and Archiving can be done only from the Asset Library - not within a Workflow/Task.
Archiving doesn't seem to be included in the granular permissions model to lock down who can Archive items and who is not allowed. It's also possible to Archive "anything" regardless of folder/asset permissions.4 votes -
Add more content/context to email notifications about comments
Idea: Include parent comment context in notification emails.
Email notifications for comment replies currently only display the new reply text and the generic task/asset name. Recipients lack the context of the original parent comment being replied to. Including the parent comment thread in the notification email body would provide necessary reference without forcing the user to log into the platform. You already have the "or you can reply to this email", which we'd like to use - but we can't without more content/context being added about the notification.
