  1. A member of our team has left the business. It would be good if we could replace that User profile in the CMP with a new user who is replacing that role, rather than manually changing every step in all the workflows that relate to that User.

  2. We often have "post-production" steps that we want to include on our workflow AFTER the created asset is going to be made available to end-users via the Library. These are steps like social promotion, checking on analytics, etc.

  4. We are finding that Library role users (our regular employee base are accidently adding images to our Library. In order to obtain an image size they want, they chose "Download As" and then "Custom". The "Save" button does not work for them (browser clocks but SAVE AS does work and this creates a second copy of the image with the same file name in our Library. Attached screenshots shows how a user does this.

  6. Description: When you exit out of a brief without saving, the message says - would you like to discard your work before exiting.
    The standard option is to SAVE your work before exiting - a few times now I've clicked through automatically thinking I was saving but lost work.

  10. We would like the ability to set out-of-office, PTO, holidays, and company-wide meetings in the platform. This would be used any time someone is unavailable for task assignment, @mentioning, etc. We would like to block assignment of work and/or send an alert to the person trying to assign work if someone is on vacation, doesn't work certain days (part-time, it's a company holiday, etc.

We'd like the ability to rename things like campaigns -> programs, tasks -> projects, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching new users to "decode" the platform language, and it makes it harder to drive adoption. Renaming these objecsts to use our internal language would make things a lot easier.

  16. We need to be able to add a number of days out (for example 10 days as a default to all requests so that requestors cannot request projects earlier than our default delivery/completion date. For example we don't want to allow requestors to submit requests with a same day due date.

  17. Our taxonomy is very big - some labels could have thousands of options. We'd like a better way to organize it, as there is a hierarchy to the way things fit into verticals, product lines, products, etc.
    We want to ensure users only see relevant values. For example:
    If the top level label has values of "pets/wild animals" a user picks "pets", then we want to show them "cats/dogs" (and not allow them to pick from the list "elephant/lion". Next, if they pick "dogs", then we want to show them "husky/pug" (and not show them "ragdoll/shorthair".

  18. We'd like to be able to take the external URL content that we work on in Tasks and add it to the library to then be used in our sales portals.
