Trying to identify how a product became discontinued
We're having products on our website getting discontinued. It's a feature we haven't utilized in the past so we certain we don't have any jobs that should be doing this but we're also looking incase it was put in somewhere by accident.
Is there anyway you can tell me how this product got discontinued?

Product Replacement Transition
I have a series of parts that are going to be replaced with new parts. Is there a way in Optimizely that I can have the base items there but not viewable until we sell out of the old part?
Say I have part A and part B, once I sell the last part A I want part B to be viewable in the categories/search and orderable but not before it is sold out.

Fixing Formatting Issue with List Upload
Request to format the data for customers when they upload a list. Currently, if customers upload a list where the numerical data is inserted into the template as a number instead of text it fails to upload the list.
If this can not be an automated fix - no where in the template or the list upload feature is there any indication that customers need to format numbers as text. Most users will naturally enter numerical data in the sheet as numbers, so it's essential to update the template or provide clear guidelines on how to format the data properly.2 votes -
Request for Enhanced Web User Activation Link Resend Functionality
We would like to request an enhancement to the admin console for web user activation links. Specifically, we would like the ability to either:
1. Resend Activation Links from List View: Enable the option to resend activation links directly from the list view of web users, rather than requiring users to navigate into each individual contact record.
2. Bulk Resend Option: Allow the admin users to select multiple web users and prompt a resend of activation links for all selected contacts at once to those who have expired.

Cart History Status Option for PunchOut
When the status is "PunchOutOrderRequest", the only option is to "Resubmit to ERP". However, if the orders we called in/manually submitted to the ERP, I can attached the ERP Number to the "ERP Order Number" input but can't update the status.

Order Upload - Add handling of duplicate part number prior to upload
Order upload can use any of the following as the "Item Number" in the file. However, not all of these are guaranteed to be unique. When there is a duplicate ManufactureItem number, for example, Opti just picks the first one and adds it to the Cart. Opti does not say "Wait, this is a duplicate. Hey user, what do you want me to do with this?" The result is the wrong product can getting added to Cart.

Add more available model values to all email templates
As a client some basic information available on all the email templates, to provide a better experience to our customers.
WebsiteUrl -> Will help link back from the email back to the website. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
LogoImagePath -> Will help stylize the emails with the company logo. This variable is available on some templates, but not all.
WebsiteName -> This will help make the website name visible and more recognizable.

Allow a way to see server side rendering on Sandbox
As someone responsible for site availability/uptime AND SEO, there should be a way for QA testers (not just developers on their local instance to trigger SSR in Spire on Sandbox in order to do basic QA on the site. Currently, on Sandbox any "bot" user agents (Googlebot cause a block at the Cloudflare level.
There are some React packages (i.e. sessionStorage that when referenced/used in code will work fine in a browser but cause a 500 error when server side rendering. This makes testing by QA folks basically impossible.

Unable to Run Sql Scripts During Off-Hours
We typically deploy new code to production during off-hours to minimize downtime on our website during our customers business hours. We recently have made a bugfix that requires a code change and a slq database script to be deployed/ran hand-in-hand since doing one but not the other breaks our search. We requested those both to be done at 7am central and were told that while a deploy could be done then a database script was a different team and could only be done 9-5 central which is not when we want to be doing a deployment. Salesperson View
The salesperson should have a seperate view. They should be able to see every account assigned to them, pending orders for each customer, pending quotes, etc. In addition, as some sales people take orders over the phone, they should be able to input orders on behalf of their customers.

Show a Child Variant Product also as an Individual Product
As an eCommerce Manager with hundreds or thousands of Variant Products, I often end up with specific child variants which are now being Liquidated, Discontinued, etc - and I want to have a Specific Category where my Customers can go see those specific Products.
Standard functionality is - when a Product is a Child Variant - it will not show up to any other Categories where it is assigned.

Improve notify conditions for jobs
Currently options for selecting a condition to send email notification from a job are:
* Completion (job ran and could have completed successfully, with errors or warnings or job ran and failed
* Success Job ran successfully
* Failure ; Job ran and completed with errors or warnings or job ran and failed
It is not intuitive that Completion includes jobs that failed

Content Field on Product Detail Page Should be Controlled by CSS
In configured commerce, go to: Admin Console > Catalog > Products, then select a product and go to the "Content" area. There is a rich text editor field for adding product description/detail info. This editor gives the option to change fonts, styles, colors, etc. allowing different users to potentially create on-page content with inconsistent styling. Admin user (Console user creation via SSO authentication allows us to map email, givenname and familyname but we are not able to map User Name, Company, Position, Phone, Extension, Fax attributes.
Company: We have multiple segments/branches available within our company and we need to be able to map company with segment/branch name.
