Spire CMS - Identifying widgets missing content in current language
In the Classic CMS, we were able to see a warning or indication style on widgets that did not have content in the current language. However, in Spire CMS, this visual indicator does not seem to be available.
We would like a way to clearly identify in Spire CMS which widgets have been localized to the current language and which have not, similar to the warning indication available in Classic CMS.

Attribute filters
We would like the Attribute filters to have more form factors than simply a check box. Some attributes have to many options for this to be useful. we would like the option to use sliders when there are many number values, swatches to display colors, etc.

PIM - bulk product descriptions
There are no way to export all product description in bulk from Optimizely PIM. I want to be able to export the descriptions for both the main language and the translated languages.
When I export only one product at a time it works. But having thousands of products in multiple languages is not sustainable. I want to be able to export all product descriptions in bulk. Also, the product description gets exported in "code format", meaning the symbols like "<p>" gets embedded in the text. It would be very good if the descriptions could be exported in a clean format…

Change default (list / msrp) price to match alternate unit of measure
When using real time pricing we are locked into one list / msrp price. when a user changes to an alternate UOM the sale price will change but the List price remains static and no longer matches what the user is buying.
1 voteThank you for submitting this feedback, can you advise if you've sent this through our support system to review the example in more detail?
We would want to have the 'msrp' calculations reviewed, as well as the connecting out of the box property being used or if there are customizations affecting this display.

Abandoned Cart Email Metrics
We'd like to see the ability to get metrics on abandoned cart emails that are sent from the configured commerce system.
We're currently using this functionality, however we have no insight into there effectiveness, if customers are viewing them, clicking on them or using them to come back to complete a purchase of an abandoned cart.
I think it would be beneficial to all customer who use this feature to be able to see at least some standard metrics on these emails. Open rate, Click rate, conversion rate, revenue generated, transactions, etc.3 votes -
group lines in my list
Provide the ability to group items in a My List. For example, if a user is creating a My List to capture all the materials used to install bathrooms in a house they could group them by Master Bath, Half Bath, Guest Bath. If there are groups and a product isn't assigned to one, have a default category or "Other"

barcode labels
We are trying to leverage and promote the barcode label printing feature of My Lists. According to the documentation and print dialog select, we should print labels on the 1" x 3" 2 Column Avery 94224 labels.
We have two problems with this.
1. Those labels are hard to come by. They are not stocked in Staples nor are they easy to find on the Avery website.- When printing multiple pages of labels, the print creeps off the label starting on page two. This seems to be an issue with the label. Same behavior happens when printing the labels from…

If this is urgent for particular customer(s) or project(s) please note that labels/printing were built with ability for partners to customize/override the existing template.

Promotion Functionality - Managing Stacking and Category Assignment
E-Commerce Lead
Promotion Functionality Improvements Background
At WeSupplyTrades, we rely heavily on Optimizely’s promotion functionality to deliver flexible and customer-centric offers. While the system is powerful, we’ve identified a few areas where usability and efficiency could be significantly improved, particularly in promotion creation and rule management.
Challenges Identified
Stackability Rules
Currently, to manage promotion stacking, we need to add each existing promotion into the rules of every new promotion.
When a new promotion is created, we must retroactively update older promotions to ensure they’re included or excluded from stacking.
This process is highly manual, repetitive, and error-prone.
Category Assignment (L1,…

Marketing lists with no assigned customers should be shown to all customers
As a marketer on Hero Tools, I want to add campaign lists to show for all customers.
Currently, you have to assign all customer(s) to a list in order for it to show.
I have thousands of customers, and if I want the list to show for all of them, I have to assign them all to the list.
If no customer is assigned, the list should be shown to all customers.

I understand the current concern being that it can be too difficult to maintain the customers assigned especially when 'all' customers should be assigned and encourage others to vote and support improvements to this feature.
Importing Customers is another means currently available which can be used today in situations where there are a large number of customers to assign to a various list:
- Navigate to Marketing -> Lists
- Click on "import" icon (located on the upper right near the edit options)
- Change dropdown from "Lists" to "Customers"
- Leverage the "Download Template" to populate and import the desired customers.

Spire CMS - Improve light/white font editing
When trying to edit content in the Spire CMS with a white (or other light) font, the white background makes it difficult if not impossible to see the content without doing something like highlighting the text itself.
It would be extremely helpful in these situations to have either the background of the content entry field to match the selected background color of the widget/page, or have the ability to switch to a dark or other color for the field entry area.

Provide hooks for automated translation of non-product content
Need the ability to translate non-product pages in the CMS - pages like about-us, contact-us, etc.
Most translation providers can handle HTML, so something like pipelining the save event in the CMS or the ability to export a single page and it's content.

Integration of AI based Chatbot / Agent
Configured Commerce has always focused on the value of its self-service capabilities to increase customer adoption, increase customer retention, and to free up Sales and Customer Service to focus on more complex, high-value engagements.
Providing an AI based Chatbot/Agent aligns perfectly with this mission by providing the potential to accomplish things like:
* Building on the natural language processing we're incorporating with our Google based search, users could, in a conversational manner, retrieve things like order information, product data, product recommendations, etc.
* Streamline ordering and reordering. The Agent would potentially have access to past order data to simplify reordering…7 votes -
Ability to set a Sort Order on Products Cross Sells
See Optimizely Ticket # 1440321.
See also attached picture with Product 648274 as example. 648274 has 12 Cross Sells Products.
There is no option to set a fixed sort order that would dictate in which order (left to right) those Cross Sells Products would appear on the widget. Such option is on the import/export load sheet, however it does nothing.1 voteThank you for submitting this request! Current Count Qty in VMI
On the VMI pages for Configured Commerce anywhere you display “Current QTY” you should also display the “Current Count Date” because it’s confusing to users to see "Current Qty" + "Prev. Count Date," e.g., on the Locations > Products page.

As a sidenote in case there is urgency - this should be something that can be added at the project level via customization

The client requires seamless integration of Power BI reports directly within their Optimizely Configured Commerce site to enable:
Real-time business analytics dashboards

Add LaunchDarkly to allowedLibraries whitelist
Hi,
Out customer indicated they would like to unify the feature flags and feature experimentation software they use over multiple software applications, which also include software maintained by other partners next to ourselves.
They already use LaunchDarkly for other software in their stack, and would also like to include their webshop build on Optimizely Configured Commerce to use LaunchDarkly for their feature flags and experimentations.
Therefore we want to be able to include the following NuGet Package into the Extenstion project for this customer:
https://www.nuget.org/packages/LaunchDarkly.ServerSdk
At this moment the PowerShell script validateReferences.ps1 which uses the whitelist of packages in the…25 votes -
Product - Standard Configuration and Fixed Configuration - OOB Widgets need to display QTY
See Optimizely Ticket #1712655
Problem: Neither the "Product Kit Section Options" widget nor the "Product Bundle Section Options" widget displays the actual quantities of the product components of the kit/bundle - This is not a good customer facing experience. Leveraging Rich Text for Fixed Configuration may be a workaround, however it is not suited for Standard Configuration.
Solution: Add the set QTY beside each kit/bundle component in both widgets

Ensure that only published products (i.e. assigned to at least 1 product category) may be ordered
See Optimizely Ticket #1713060
Problem: only a product with a deactivation date will ensure end-customer cannot add it to their cart via re-order functionality or saved lists. Our business have multiple websites (1 per country) and often a product that active in more than 1 country ends up being removed from country A, yet still published in country B.
Solution: have the product category assignment the source of truth. If a product is not published in at least 1 product category in site A, then it cannot be ordered or re-ordered in site A.
1 voteThank you for submitting this request! We have added this item to our backlog for future consideration and prioritization.
If we were to change this behavior in the future we would be sure to approach in as much of a non-breaking way as possible to prevent issues from customers who currently choose to take orders for non-categorized products.

Support slash in UrlPath translations
We have a need to identify language in URLs.
This resembles adding /fr to the URL path of our french pages in the URL Segment of the French homepage and the UrlRoot (i.e CatalogUrlRoot = fr/catalogue, ProductUrlRoot = fr/produit, Brand_UrlRoot = fr/marques
Current setting does not support adding a slash (/ in the UrlPath translations, which is causing undesirable user experiences and language display issues.
Benefits to adding this feature:
SEO:
Search engines (like Google can easily recognize language-specific content when it's separated by a path (i.e., /fr for French. This helps with international SEO, making it easier…7 votes -
Removed the ability to restore all site content in Production
Remove the ability (or add in a configuration setting to disable the option) to rollback all site content in production. This configuration allow for the opportunity to wipe out all site content very easily.
